Italy is a 25 year old Quarter Horse mix gelding. He stands tall, and is kind and gentle.  Italy is one of 9 horses; some of whom were previously used in therapy programs. When their owner could no longer do this work, the horses needed a permanent home.   Italy now spends his days hanging out with his tribe and enjoying the sights and sounds of the sanctuary.
